“Sakamoto Days” is now available on Netflix to watch with multi-audios. Animated by the studio – TMS Entertainment.

The anime follows the daily life of Taro Sakamoto – owner of a convenience store. Before being retired, he had quite a past in an assassin organization in Japan which he left for the love of his life Aoi, his wife. Now being a family man he’s running that convenience store with his wife until his recent encounter with Shin – a young hitman sent to kill him.

Over the years, Sakamoto had some real transformation, which includes getting a bit healthy and chubbier. Being on the heavy side, his skills are still unmatched. So, in a turn of events, he hires him as a clerk at the convenience store. This encounter with man from his past triggers a chain of events in which he ends up in assassin conflicts and a mystery head bounty. His past coming in full cycle creates chaotic yet comic episodes.

Sakamoto is now on a quest to confront his past while still protecting his family and current peaceful life. He also needs to keep his promise to his wife to never kill again or use weapons.
